Make a leak safe before we arrive
Locate the stop tap and turn clockwise to shut off. Open cold taps to relieve pressure. Move electronics and valuables from the area. If you can’t find the stop tap, call us.

Cold radiators — quick checks
Bleed upstairs first, then downstairs. Check boiler pressure (1.0–1.5 bar when cold). If pressure keeps dropping, you may have a leak — we can help.
