• Emergency work: we prioritise safety‑critical issues (leaks, no water/heat). Non‑urgent work booked at daytime rates.
• Pricing: transparent call‑out fee; labour charged after the first hour; parts at fair trade rates. We confirm estimates before work proceeds.
• Payments: card and bank transfer accepted upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Guarantee: workmanship guaranteed for 12 months unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts.
• Access: you are responsible for providing safe access to the work area.
• Liability: we maintain public liability insurance; we are not responsible for pre‑existing faults or consequential losses unless caused by our negligence.
• Cancellations: please notify as early as possible; call‑out fees may apply once an engineer is dispatched.
