• Emergency focus: we prioritise active leaks, no-water and urgent heating issues.
• Pricing: transparent call‑out and hourly rates; parts charged at fair trade prices. Estimates are provided before non‑urgent work.
• Access: you agree to provide safe access to the work area.
• Payment: card or bank transfer on completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Guarantee: workmanship guaranteed for 12 months; manufacturer warranties apply to parts.
• Liability: covered by public liability insurance; not liable for pre‑existing faults or consequential losses unless due to our negligence.
• Cancellations: please notify as early as possible; a call‑out fee may apply once an engineer is dispatched.
• Jurisdiction: these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
